Alexei Mack

Chairman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, International Jet Management

Mr. Mack is the Founder and driving force behind International Jet Management. His extensive experience in the aviation industry includes: four decades of operation and management roles, over 22,000 flight hours, serving as a pilot for the US Medical Center for Federal prisoners in Springfield, MO, and serving as a contract pilot for the Department of Defense (DOD) governed by the Military Airlift Command (MAC) out of Andrews Air Force Base (AFB). Mr. Mack's well-earned reputation in the DC area, stems from his experience in 1976 and 1984 when he flew the elective presidential candidates on their campaign tours, as well as, many dignitaries both in the government and the private sector. As the President and CEO of IJM, he truly understands the industry and values the founding principles of IJM: safety, discretion and world-class service. Mr. Mack is a graduate of the Spartan School of Aeronautics and holds a BA from Williams College of Liberal Arts.

H. William Gard

President & Co-Founder, International Jet Management

Mr. Gard is one of the founding members of International Jet Management and has over 20 years of aviation experience and 10,000 flight hours. He has flown in both the corporate and commercial industries and is currently IJM's Director of Operations. Mr. Gard has been involved with all aspects of IJM, including personnel management, financial management, sales and promotions, customer relations and pilot training. Before becoming the Director of Operations he was IJM's Chief Pilot. Prior to his involvement with IJM, Mr. Gard flew corporate jets for various companies. Mr. Gard holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and currently holds an ATP certificate.

Kress Latham

Senior Vice President, Aircraft Maintenance Group, International Jet Management

Mr. Latham joined IJM at its inception in 1997 bringing 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, 12 of which were specific to corporate jet aircraft. He is responsible for the airworthiness of all IJM managed aircraft and serves as Director of Maintenance. In his position, Mr. Latham is the direct liaison with the FAA on all matters of policy and regulations regarding airworthiness. He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where his achievements included being honored as a student instructor while obtaining his degree. He also served as editor-in-chief for the University newspaper.

Joe Kelley

Secretary, Treasurer and Director

Mr. Kelley joined American General in 1994 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and rapidly assumed increasingly senior roles within the Company, culminating with the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company where he served until 2001. Prior to joining American General, Mr. Kelley served for twenty-four years at Prudential, rising through the ranks to Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Kelley is a member of the Board of Trustees of The American College and serves on numerous business and civic organizations. Mr. Kelley serves as a Member of the Board of Directors to Galen Capital Corporation.

Ian Reynolds, M.D.

Director

Dr. Reynolds is a recognized and accomplished leader in the specialty of Orthopedics and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Galen Capital Corporation. Dr. Reynolds attended Indiana School of Medicine. He is a staff physician at Danforth Memorial Hospital in Texas City, TX. In addition, he served as its Chief of Staff from 1986-1987. Dr. Reynolds is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Reynolds is a founder of the first freestanding outpatient surgical center in Texas.
