Promotion of Retired General Kenneth M. DeCuir to Executive Vice President of Operations
DULLES, VA – September 28, 2007 – International Jet Management (IJM), a private jet company providing aircraft charter, management, sales and maintenance services, announced today that Retired Major General Kenneth M. DeCuir has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Major General DeCuir will oversee all operations for IJM and lead the integration of IJM West. General DeCuir joined IJM in July of 2007 as the Senior Vice President of East Coast Operations.

Prior to joining IJM, Major General DeCuir served in the United States Air Force for 32 years and retired in January of 2007.
